Individual therapy
One-on-one CBT for anxiety or depression — in-person or online, weekly or biweekly.
A warm, practical place to work through anxiety and depression — using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that gives you real tools, not just a place to vent. Individual, group, and couples sessions, in-person in Toronto & Mississauga and online across Ontario.
Toronto Anxiety & Depression Clinic is a practice built around one idea: that anxiety and depression are workable. We're friendly, non-judgemental, and patient — and we use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you build the skills to feel like yourself again.
You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive. That's part of what we'll do together.
For the looping thoughts, chest-tight mornings, and "what-ifs" that arrive uninvited. We slow the spiral and build a toolkit you can actually reach for in the moment.
When everything feels muted. We look at the patterns keeping things heavy, find the small actions that quietly help, and rebuild a life that feels like yours again.
CBT is an active, talk-based approach — we look at how your thoughts, feelings, and actions feed each other, then change the parts that keep you stuck. It's structured and skills-focused, so you leave with things you can actually use. Where it helps, we draw on ACT, DBT, exposure work, and Motivational Interviewing too.
One-on-one CBT for anxiety or depression — in-person or online, weekly or biweekly.
A small, closed group of 4–8 people working through it together over 8 weekly sessions.
For the two of you — communication, conflict, and reconnecting when things feel heavy.
“You don't have to arrive with the words sorted out.
