Tell us a little about what's going on and what you're hoping to find. We'll set up a free 15-minute call to see if we'd be a good fit — and which format suits you. No pressure to book.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #14235). Registered Psychotherapists have completed their degree and clinical training and are regulated by the CRPO, which holds all members to strict professional and ethical standards.

Most extended-health plans in Ontario cover Registered Psychotherapy. Coverage varies, so it's worth checking your benefits directly. We provide receipts after every session that you can submit for reimbursement. Direct billing isn't available at this time.
Life happens — please give at least 24 hours' notice when you can. Late cancellations are charged the full session fee, but I look at each situation case by case.
