Individual
therapy
One-on-one CBT for anxiety or depression, tailored entirely to you. The core of what we do — a focused hour to understand what's going on and build the skills to change it.
We practise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy — active, skills-based, and built around your real life. No incense, no homework you'll never do. Three ways to work together, and honest fees up front.
For the looping thoughts. The chest-tight mornings. The over-preparation that never feels like enough. The "what-ifs" that arrive uninvited.
Anxiety is doing something — it's trying to keep you safe. With CBT, we map out what it's responding to, catch the false alarms, and turn the volume down without going numb. You walk away with a concrete toolkit you can actually use in the moment: reframing the thought, facing what's been avoided step by step, and getting clear on what's worth your worry and what isn't.
When everything feels muted. When you're going through the motions and aren't sure when you stopped feeling like yourself.
Depression narrows the world. CBT helps widen it again — gently and on purpose. We look at the patterns of thought keeping things heavy, find the small, doable actions that quietly shift your mood, and reconnect you with what mattered before things got hard. The goal isn't relentless positivity. It's a life that feels like yours again.

For the two of you. We work on the patterns that get in the way — communication, conflict, and the weight anxiety or low mood can put on a relationship — and rebuild how you show up for each other.
Our focus is anxiety and depression — but they often come tangled up with other things. These are common, and welcome, in the work.
